Working at Dexory

I'm Erin Mitchell, Sales Development Representative at Dexory. Before joining, I spent seven years in logistics sales at a third-party logistics provider, which gave me a strong foundation in the industry and a real appreciation for how technology is changing it.

As a Commercial Implementation Engineer, I am responsible for deploying and implementing our Dexory robot solutions at international client sites. My role involves travelling frequently for 1-2 week deployments, working closely with cross-functional teams, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

With over 15 years of experience in finance, Dana began her career in practice, where she developed a solid foundation in accounting and financial management. In search of a new challenge, Dana joined Dexory two years ago, drawn by the energy and opportunity that comes with working at a fast-paced start-up.

I was born and raised in Athens, Greece, where I spent my childhood with my family. At Dexory, I focus on demand generation. My role is all about driving the business forward - from building brand awareness and generating leads, through to supporting revenue growth and helping to close new business.

Get to know Syreeta Harewood, our Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, in this edition of our Meet the Team series. From a background in law to over a decade of experience in recruitment, Syreeta brings passion, energy (literally – her desk always features an energy drink), and a people-first mindset to Dexory.

Since 2022, the UK-based company has deployed its pioneering autonomous scanning robots and digital twin platform to supply chain giants including Maersk, GXO, ID Logistics, Unipart, Iron Mountain, GE Appliances and many more. In parallel, Dexory secured $120 million of funding to accelerate product development and commercial expansion.  

As the year draws to a close, it’s a perfect time to reflect on what has been an extraordinary 2024 for all of us at Dexory. Here’s a look back at some of the highlights that made 2024 unforgettable.

I sit within the Platform tribe where I work on full-stack development for our internal applications, primarily focusing on two key projects: Robot Manager and Fleet Manager.

I've been working in sales since I finished university, starting as a salesperson in Lithuania before moving to the UK to work for a big corporate organisation. I never imagined I'd stay in one place for 15 years, but I did. Eventually, I felt the need for a change, which led me to Dexory.
