Working at Dexory

Hello, I’m Dev, a Manufacturing Engineer at Dexory, and I have been working since December 2022. I am deeply passionate about machinery and committed to continually broadening my expertise in machine operations and tooling.

In my role as Senior People Manager, I am involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle. I work closely with our Human Resources Director and in collaboration with the rest of the People team to ensure that our people strategy, policies and practices follow best practices and support the delivery of our company mission, vision and values.

In a recent Q&A session with Steph Wingrove, our Head of Talent Acquisition, we delved into the strategies and initiatives that have helped us build an exceptional candidate experience. Let’s dive in!

I'm Camille, I joined Dexory as a Digital Marketing Manager in July last year.

I started in 2021 when we were a team of under 15 people. At the time the company was still named BotsAndUs and we had a cool robot, “Mim”, deployed at a single retail place in Germany.

I've been with the company since 2019, back when it was known as BotsAndUs (before it became Dexory). When I first joined, we were a small team of individuals with a shared vision of creating robots for various applications, including supermarkets, airports, and more.

My name's Cliff Wilson, I am a Senior Senior Commissioning Engineer. I initially started as a Production Engineer back in May, but was quickly transitioned to the build side of operations due to the company's growing need for someone capable of diving deep into the construction processes.

My journey at Dexory started in April, and I joined as an assembly and build technician on the hardware team. Initially, my responsibilities were centered around building robots and handling maintenance tasks.

STEM Awareness Day is dedicated to the celebration and promotion of the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. STEM Day aims to inspire more people into STEM-related careers.
