To stay ahead in an increasingly data-driven logistics landscape, NFI identified a strategic opportunity to digitize key elements of its inventory control process. The team needed to support warehouse staff with instant, accurate inventory data, simplify day-to-day processes such as put-away, replenishment and auditing, and free up teams for more value-added tasks - all while maintaining high performance standards across a facility of significant scale and complexity.

The solution

NFI deployed DexoryView, combining autonomous robotics with a powerful analytics platform to enable daily, high-speed ground truth capture across thousands of pallet locations across the site. The solution integrates seamlessly with NFI's existing WMS, with visual dashboards surfacing trends, discrepancies and available space in real time. Continuous, automated stock checks run without operational disruption, empowering site teams with the decision support needed to make faster, more confident decisions.
