I was born and raised in Athens, Greece, where I spent my childhood with my family. At Dexory, I focus on demand generation. The warehouse is undergoing a transition, from a “blind” status, from a data-visibility point of view, to a fully “adaptive” one where systems will think and act autonomously to improve performance and operations. 

In the modern age of logistics, the warehouse is no longer a static storage space - it’s a dynamic environment at the heart of the supply chain. Yet, many warehouses today still operate in the dark. These "blind warehouses" lack the visibility, data, and systems needed to react quickly, predict disruptions, or make data-informed decisions. 

When it comes to warehouse automation, there’s one question that comes up more than any other: “What’s the ROI?”

It’s a fair question. Investing in automation is a strategic move, and one that leaders across logistics, retail, manufacturing, and 3PL want to get right. You know it’ll improve accuracy, reduce manual labor, and drive efficiency. But knowing how much value it will deliver, and how quickly, can be harder to pin down.
