In a recent episode with Femme Lead Podcast, Alexandra Ciobotaru had the pleasure of diving into the world of innovation and robotics with Oana Jinga, Co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Dexory, a pioneering robotics and data company based in Central London.

Over the last few years, the surge of e-commerce has led to a paradigm shift in supply chain, manufacturing and logistics, which is now one of the fastest growing industries in the world. This has led to an exponential increase in the global volume of goods, all of which require manufacture, warehouse storage and transportation.

According to this study, 92% of employees admit they waste up to 8 hours a week searching for the right information and data they need to serve customers, and 24% lose up to a full day of productivity every week trying to look for this information in all industries combined.

In an exhilarating night of recognition and celebration, Dexory took home, not one, but two awards at the prestigious Supply Chain Excellence Awards. The event, held on Thursday 9 November at the London Hilton Hotel, Park Lane, brought together industry leaders, innovators, and visionaries to honour outstanding achievements within the supply chain industry.

The Warehouse Innovation category was open to organisations able to demonstrate how its use of robotics or automation has been innovative or enhanced productivity, resulting in efficiency gains or cost savings within the warehouse environment in an outstanding way.

The landscape of logistics is undergoing a profound transformation, driven by the imperative to leverage technology and data-driven strategies. The goal is to optimise supply chain operations, enhance supply chain visibility, and elevate customer satisfaction.
