We commit to work as a team, not afraid to make mistakes or challenging ourselves and others for best outcome

Performance

We encourage, support and motivate each other to go above and beyond, actively exchanging feedback and sharing responsibilities

Ethics and integrity
Respect and maximise the opportunity

We champion inclusivity and respect, embracing differences in order to be innovative and collaboratively pushing our boundaries

Driven to deliver

We believe that ideas are great, but execution is everything.

We have the unique opportunity to create a product and technology that will transform one of the most important industries in the world - logistics and warehousing.

We’re all very proud to be working on and creating this unique, state of the art technology. To push the boundaries of what’s possible, whether that’s autonomous robotic capabilities, large scale digital twins, most sophisticated robotic scanning platform or incredible, real time data insights, as we are here to make this the best work of our life.

We have a strong focus on building a culture of high performance, openness and collaboration but want to ensure a fast pace of delivery, with commitment and getting the job done.

From the very get-go, we embarked on a journey to craft an environment that’s not just inclusive, but a total celebration of our amazing team - we are moving fast and always strive to move faster and better. Having the best tools and facilities available to do the best work has been a fundamental principle to our company.

We have dedicated development spaces in London as well as Oxfordshire. Our showrooms, RD and testing spaces as well as development environments are state of the art and we’re always striving to improve them and stay ahead of the curve.

I wanted to be a part of this team and scale it to success. To this day, I believe I’ve made the right choice: we are on the path to disrupting warehouse operations. And still, it merely feels like the beginning. We are the only platform to provide an autonomous robotics solution to gather real-time data in warehouses and there is still so much to achieve and new projects to take on!

Marcus Head of Autonomy

Joining the company was a fantastic opportunity for me, especially since I had the chance to work on our first edition of the new robot. At the time, our team was just around 30 people, but it has since grown to about 160. We Have produced numerous robots and continue to expand rapidly. Additionally, the company has embraced cutting-edge technology and equipment, making the experience incredibly dynamic and rewarding.

Dev Manufacturing Engineer

The company is strongly focusing on the employee's well-being. On top of the regular fun activities and days away, we have access to health benefits and have a lot of flexibility around the hours that we work and the way we work in general which is great.

Giovanna Assembly & Build Technician

Be inclusive

We are creating an inclusive environment for our employees from day one and into the following weeks and months.

We do this by creating a workplace where our different cultures, backgrounds and experiences are not only embraced, but fully utilised. Creating support networks which focus on promoting positive mental wellbeing, a sense of belonging. Building a world where everyone can belong and bring their whole selves means ensuring that no one is left out and each person has exactly what they need to thrive.

We believe that every individual should have the opportunity to learn and develop in a way that they feel comfortable with. Giving everyone the opportunity to fully embrace a growth mindset.

We have a team with a wide range of skills and fall into many different disciplines.

Some of our roles such as our assembly and build team, need to be very hands-on, and therefore are onsite five days a week. However some roles allow for flexible, hybrid working.

With most of our teams we set out a once a week minimum office attendance, we are starting to see more and more of our team missing the social interactions and so see a lot of the team coming in several times a week, to spend time working together with peers, to work closer with the robotic platforms and get out of the home office.

We are flexible with start and finish times as we know everyone has a life outside of work, so our core hours are 10 am - 4 pm, where we are all contactable and the rest of the hours are up to you, based on a 40 hour working week.

We like to tackle the answer to this by covering three strands.

Our founders

Our founders are truly amazing. Their career history, their experience and the grounded approach is exceptional. Alongside their contagious passion, motivation and drive, this really is a force to be reckoned with and is felt across the company. Let's say this is where the company's DNA really starts and converts into everything we do, including who we bring into the team, based on this and our values.

Our values

Growth: We are curious, innovative and creative, allowing us to be agile and knowledgeable, embracing the unknown, change and challenges in order to achieve growth

Teamwork: We commit to work as a team, not afraid to make mistakes or challenging ourselves and others, ensuring our work is adding value, to be decisive and proud of what we can achieve.

Performance: We encourage, support and motivate each other to go above and beyond, actively exchanging feedback and sharing responsibilities to deliver great results on time.

Ethics & Integrity: We champion inclusivity and respect, embracing differences in order to be innovative and collaboratively pushing our boundaries to adapt and strive to succeed to find the best solutions.

These are not just values that go on the wall at Dexory, we live and breath our values and we look for these values in every single hire we make.

We have taken time to sit down and really look at what it is that is going to drive Dexory forward and for us to be together successful and we believe the combination of these values will drive our success.

Social, competitive and fun. We love to have a social, don’t have a legit reason to celebrate?…. We will be sure to find one. That being sports days, scavenger hunts, team brainstorming, skill shares, bowling, overnight stay aways in the countryside to cooking in nature or The Big Logistics Diversity Challenge. We are a fun bunch that like to work hard but play hard.

We are always looking for ways we can support our team and their growth. We offer a great onboarding experience which allows us to support you to get up and running quickly and efficiently, whilst feeling supported.

Once onboarded, we offer learning and development via courses, training and super important our Dexory internal mentoring programme.

We have a great team, with a whole host of skills and experience, so we are tapping into this and creating a culture of sharing and upskilling.

We know that what we do is pretty unique and with that comes a whole range of unique and wonderful roles that we are seeking to fill.

Whilst the majority of our team are based in the UK, we know there are talented individuals outside of the UK and for us to attract the right people, we at times need to look outside of the UK.

Based on this we do offer sponsorship on certain roles and are always happy to discuss opportunities with candidates who are not based in the UK.
