Building a world where everyone can belong and bring their whole selves means ensuring that no one is left out and each person has exactly what they need to thrive.
We believe that every individual should have the opportunity to learn and develop in a way that they feel comfortable with.
Whilst also supporting individuals in seeing where they have potential and offer opportunities both internally via mentoring, peer coaching and collaborative working, to externally where we seek out professionals to guide our development. Giving everyone the opportunity to fully embrace a growth mindset.

A day in the life at Dexory
Hear it from the people that know
We are at a very exciting stage where we are transitioning from a startup to scale up. And with this growth, we are looking to expand our already amazing team with even more experts and equally amazing people.
But don’t just take our word for it, here is a bit more from our team on why Dexory is such a great place to work.

Andrius – Senior Production Engineer
“Dexory is a performance driven company. Our flat organisational approach allows us to be flexible and agile, as well as providing colleagues the ability to collaborate at all levels, allowing us to develop all the time. This provides an open environment where we can all contribute to feedback regardless of seniority, from intern to CEO. I very much enjoy working in this environment. I am constantly being exposed to new fields, which definitely makes Dexory a unique place to work.”
Claudiu – Robotics engineer
Claudiu has been at Dexory for 2.5 years as a Software Engineer in the team in charge of the data capture via the robots. He gives great insights on the skills that are vital to his position: teamwork and adaptability.

Steph - Talent Acquisition Manager
"Every single person in the company contributes so much to the work of the wider teams. We are blessed to have people from such varied backgrounds that it's so easy to learn new things from. The leadership team is very hands-on and involved in all aspects of R&D, Sales, Marketing and the general running of the company. Having an overall team who is so willing to help each other is a great thing to be a part of."
