The company shares and promotes such movements as Action for happiness, which supports mental health awareness via focusing each month on a specific topic of mental health and of wellbeing and in turn each day gives a clear focus area for each individual to be able to support their wellbeing/mental health.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Dexory provides access to a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program. This confidential resource offers counseling services, mental health support, and assistance for personal and work-related challenges. Alongside, financial support as this can impact on our general wellbeing.
Flexible work arrangements
Recognising that the traditional 9-to-5 schedule doesn't suit everyone, Dexory offers flexible work arrangements to help employees balance their work and personal lives effectively. This flexibility can significantly reduce stress.
Managers at Dexory conduct regular check-ins with their team members. These discussions provide an opportunity for employees to express any concerns they may have about their workload, stress, or work-related issues and we have several of our team who are Mental Health First Aid trained which supports both our managers and team wider.
