January 20, 2025

Introduction
GWC, a leading provider of logistics and supply chain solutions in the Middle East, partnered with Dexory and the Qatar Research Development and Innovation Council (QRDI) as part of Qatar's Open Innovation Program to explore groundbreaking innovations in warehouse inventory tracking. GWC became the first company in the Middle East to adopt Dexory's technology, underscoring their commitment to technological advancement in the logistics industry.

The challenge
As a leading logistics provider in the Middle East, GWC needed to reduce operational downtime, streamline processes to drive cost savings, and achieve greater accuracy and visibility across its warehouse inventory. Traditional inventory tracking methods were unable to meet the increasing demands of a fast-growing logistics operation aligned with Qatar's vision for a technology-driven ecosystem.
The solution
Dexory deployed its autonomous robot and digital twin technology at GWC's warehouse, using high-definition cameras and sensors to generate detailed 3D scans of racks, pallets and products in real-time. The captured data feeds into DexoryView, enabling warehouse managers to visualise inventory, detect discrepancies and validate information seamlessly - all without disrupting day-to-day operations.
