The solution

ID Logistics and Dexory deployed the ASTRID program, integrating autonomous robots capable of conducting live, wall-to-wall ground truth across up to 30,000 pallet locations. Scanning up to 10,000 pallets per hour, the robots deliver real-time intelligence that immediately flags inaccuracies, enabling the team to address discrepancies before they cause downstream errors. Designed to navigate seamlessly around staff and machinery during normal working hours, the solution ensures uninterrupted workflow while maintaining precision levels of over 99.9%.
