Dexorys automatisierter Lösung für Erkenntnisse in Echtzeit transformiert die Logistik bei Maersk
January 26, 2023

Introduction
Maersk, a global leader in containerised logistics operating in 130 countries with over 100,000 people, signed up for a trial with Dexory deploying autonomous robots across its warehouse facilities in Kettering and Tamworth, UK. Working to connect and simplify its customers' supply chains, Maersk sought to harness new technology to optimise warehouse processes and improve end-to-end customer visibility.

The challenge
Maersk recognised that the future of warehousing requires removing repetitive tasks, enabling staff to focus on key operations, and using space more wisely and profitably. As a customer-centric organisation operating at the forefront of supply chain innovation, it was vital to offer customers real-time visibility and fulfilment tailored to changing demands — particularly as global demand and supply chain complexity continue to increase.
The solution
Dexory deployed autonomous robots across Maersk's Kettering and Tamworth sites, working alongside the data visualisation platform to measure, track and locate goods across every logistics step — from inbound to storage, picking to outbound. By comparing data collected in the warehouse with existing WMS stock records, DexoryView reconciles inconsistencies and closes the data loop, delivering real-time warehouse intelligence and enabling staff to focus on higher-value tasks.
