Meet the team: Nick Mamouzellos, Demand Generation Manager
July 22, 2025
Could you please tell us a bit about yourself, your background and your role at Dexory?
I was born and raised in Athens, Greece, where I spent my childhood with my family. From a young age, I had a real passion for sport, particularly basketball, which I played at a semi-professional level for a couple of years. After some time, I decided to focus more on my studies and went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the American College of Greece.
When I was 22, my partner - now my wife - and I relocated to the USA, where we spent eight years living over there. During that time, I completed a Master’s in Marketing at NYU.
At the beginning of 2020, we decided to move back to Europe and have been living in the UK ever since. We now have a four-year-old son, which keeps things busy in the best possible way! In my free time, I enjoy practising taekwondo and spending time with friends and family.
At Dexory, I focus on demand generation. My role is all about driving the business forward - from building brand awareness and generating leads, through to supporting revenue growth and helping to close new business.

Describe a memorable project or achievement during your time at Dexory.
Nothing beats seeing a customer genuinely happy with your solution - that’s the ultimate achievement. At Dexory, we’ve worked hard as a team to deliver that kind of value, and it's incredibly rewarding when customers share the impact we've made.
I always make a point of listening closely to customer feedback - for example, hearing that thanks to Dexory, they’re now experiencing zero production delays, saving significant time each week, or recovering revenue they might otherwise have lost. Feedback like that makes a real difference and reminds us why we do what we do.
What’s the best team-building activity or event you’ve participated in?
During our company offsite in December 2024, we took part in a team activity of building prosthetic hands. We partnered with an organisation called Team Tactics, who provided all the tools and guidance needed to assemble them.
What made it truly memorable was the real-world impact. These prosthetic hands were packaged and delivered to people in need. It was a great example of team-building with purpose - working together while contributing to something bigger than ourselves.
Can you share a hobby or passion outside of work that influences your professional life?
Taekwondo is a major passion of mine. Over the years it’s become a discipline that not only keeps me physically active but also brings significant emotional and mental benefits. It helps with stress relief, builds confidence, sharpens focus, and reinforces values like integrity - all of which are essential qualities in the workplace.
I currently train two to three times a week. I'm the current British, English and Midlands champion in my category, having won three gold medals across three events.
Most recently, I was proud to win gold at the 2025 World Championships, becoming the World Heavyweight Taekwondo Champion in my category.

If your role were a character in a video game, what would your special power be?
Thinking about my role specifically at Dexory, everything we do is centred around speed and efficiency. So I’d choose super speed as my special power - the ability to move and get things done quickly. It fits perfectly with the fast-paced nature of what we do.
What’s the proudest moment you’ve had while working here?
One of my proudest moments at Dexory was being recognised by my colleagues for my performance and contributions - and receiving an award for it.
What’s the first thing you do when you log in each morning?
I’m target-driven, so the first thing I do is check our performance metrics - how many new sales leads we’ve generated, how many new opportunities have been created, and how many new customers we’ve signed which helps me prioritise and plan the day ahead effectively.
If you could swap jobs with anyone at Dexory for a day, who would it be and why?
I’d choose to swap with someone from our Assembly & Build team. I would like to be able to build a real-life robot.
What’s a professional milestone you’re working toward right now?
I’m focused on improving my content writing skills, particularly around thought leadership. My goal is to create content that not only educates and challenges our audience but also entertains and engages them. We work in a dynamic and exciting industry, and I believe we can do an even better job of creating content that resonates with people - content that not only informs but also sparks interaction and drives engagement.
What’s one item on your desk that always sparks conversation?
I have a Lego collection behind me at my office desk, which always gets people talking. It includes sets from Marvel, Star Wars, Harry Potter, and even racing.
